Limited Manufacturer Warranty

We supply a limited warranty for all customized indoor playground equipment, applicable only to the original purchaser. This warranty only covers manufacturing defects when the equipment is professionally installed, used indoors as designed, and maintained following our official operation instructions.

Warranty Term by Components

Main steel frame and welded structural parts
 
 
Warranty: 3 Years
 
Covers welding cracks, abnormal deformation and rust caused by production flaws under normal indoor use. Scratches, collision dents and damage from incorrect installation are excluded.
Soft wrapped foam components, rotational molding play parts and connecting fittings
 
Warranty: 1 Year
 
Covers uneven wrapping, glue peeling, premature cracking and molding defects from raw material issues. Normal wear, cuts, punctures and man-made damage are not covered.
Electrical lights, switches and motorized accessories
 
Warranty: 6 Months
 
Covers circuit and motor faults originating from factory production defects. Damage from unstable voltage, wrong wiring and water intrusion is excluded.
 
Consumable spare parts
 
Ball pit balls, ropes, zippers, hook-and-loop tapes and other wearing consumables have no free warranty, as they naturally wear out during long-term commercial operation. Damage incurred during transportation is not within the scope of this warranty.
 
 

Exclusions Not Covered by Warranty

Damage caused by wrong installation, overload use, improper operation or private structural modification.

Natural aging, fading and routine abrasion after long-time commercial operation.

Vandalism, intentional cutting, impact, water soaking, fire and other accidental losses.
04
Corrosion damage from inappropriate cleaning agents or long-term humid indoor environment.

Labor cost and shipping cost for on-site maintenance and part replacement.
06
Products resold through third-party dealers instead of direct orders from our factory.
07
Failures caused by unauthorized alteration or modification of products.

Warranty Claim Procedure

 
Contact our after-sales team with your order number and purchase invoice.
 
Provide clear photos or videos to show the defective position and specific problems.
 
Our quality control team will complete verification and give a reply within 3–5 working days.
 
If confirmed as a manufacturing defect under warranty: we will arrange free replacement parts, and relevant freight will be discussed by both parties.
 
If the problem is outside warranty coverage, we can provide paid spare parts and maintenance quotation for your choice.
Liability Notice
 
This limited warranty replaces all other express or implied warranties.
Our total compensation liability shall not exceed the original purchase amount of the defective product.
All our indoor playground equipment is manufactured in compliance with EU EN 1176 and US ASTM safety standards for playground facilities.
